Thanks to JJ for snapping this for me. (Happy Nurses Week four days late!) Glad to know my minor attempts at creation are appreciated. So, round, but no spring form. Costs twice what a normal pan does. I like the way round cakes look, I should make more! 8×8 pan, take a breather. I made this pretty much the same, although I might have put in a little more juice and zest in the batter. Also, I had no vanilla extract. Always use a glaze though. Both times the cake had a few cracks in the top, so glaze not only tastes good, it’s a good caulk and concealer.
